By registering for workshops or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 16 years old to register for our workshops. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Registration does not guarantee immediate enrollment. We will confirm availability and provide workshop schedules via email.
Workshop fees must be paid in full before the first session. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and online payment gateways.
All workshop materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of Alized Communication Studio. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
You agree to use our services respectfully, not to disrupt workshops, harass other participants, or engage in illegal activities.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. Full refunds will be provided for cancelled workshops.
Alized Communication Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from workshop participation or website use.
While we strive for excellence, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or skill improvements from workshop participation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not yet attended any workshop sessions.
Refunds are available only if: (a) you cancel before the first session, (b) the workshop is cancelled by us, or (c) there are technical issues preventing your participation.
No refunds after attending the first session, for dissatisfaction with workshop content after attendance, or for failure to attend scheduled sessions.
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, minus administrative fees.
Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. Funds will be returned to the original payment method.
Instead of a refund, you may transfer your registration to a future workshop session, subject to availability.
Submit refund requests via email with your registration details and reason for cancellation.
We may require supporting documentation for partial refund requests (e.g., medical certificates for health-related cancellations).
A processing fee of up to 10% may be deducted from approved refunds to cover administrative costs.
If you dispute a charge with your bank, we reserve the right to suspend access to workshops until the dispute is resolved.
